I always loved the Munsters,and I never really like the Addams Family much. I would root for the Munsters to whip the Addams family’s behind a fight. Herman Munster would take out Lurch and anybody else on the Addam’s Family, plus the Munsters have the dragon that comes from the basement he’d set that little hand "It" to flames! Hahaha! Then Uncle Fester would take out Grandpa with some dynamite, Pugsly would sit on Eddie and suffocate him, and Wednesday would have no problem taking out Marilyn with some of her toys like the guillotine and electric chair (plus Marilyn was a weirdo anyways. She never stood a chance). Then Gomez would take out Lily with his charm and good looks, or if that fails a good ‘ole fashioned sword fight, while Morticia stands by and looks pretty.
Thing could easily take out Igor, Kittycat, Charlie, and Elmer. Probably not Goldfish, but that doesn’t matter since they’re in a tank.

Property values in Douglas County are likely to rise a LOT in the next few years, so it might be a good idea to invest soon. Why do I say this? Well, there are new communities being developed all over. Families are moving in. This will add to the tax revenues. More schools will be built, more services added, and so on.
10 years ago, Douglas County was a different place and was barely more than a rural place. Now, it’s becoming a vibrant place of commerce and development.
I don’t know about Paulding.

We moved to Paulding County almost 2 years ago from the midwest. In my opinion, it is very safe. It would be helpful to know where you are considering working and your situation, but I believe it is a great area to raise children, taxes are low, and traffic is the best that can be expected in the Atlanta area. The new housing prices are not growing as I expected and that concerns me for the future crime rate. If you’re used to amenities, you may have a ways to drive. It is still pretty rural if you’re used to larger city amenities and this area is lacking. The climate is fabulous and that’s why we live here. If you already have a job lined up that’s wonderful, but if not please do your homework because you may have a long way to travel to find the employment you’re looking for. I would suggest Cobb County if you are at all transient, because I believe your resale values will be solid.

Where are you moving from? Depending on what you are used to, both are those counties are community oriented but a bit southern. There is a small town country feel to both places even though they are growing. If you go into places like Marietta and Alpharetta, you will see a big difference.
